A new Reuters/Ipsos poll finds Joe Biden leading Donald Trump nationally in a possible presidential match up, 50% to 36%, among registered voters. Other match ups: Bernie Sanders leads Trump 46% to 37, and Elizabeth Warren leads Trump, 43% to 38%.
A new CNN poll finds that 54% of respondents say President Trump will win a second term in office, while 41% say he will be defeated in 2020.

A new ABC News/Washington Post poll found that 55% of respondents said they will not vote for President Trump next year, with just 39% approving of his job as president. Just 28% said they definitely would vote for Trump, while another 14% said they would consider it.

A new Bendixen & Amandi International poll in Florida finds just 40% of voters said they believed President Trump should be reelected, while 53% were opposed to a second term.
A new University of Texas/Texas Tribune Poll finds a slight majority of Texas voters would choose someone other than Donald Trump in a presidential race held right now. “While 45% said they would ‘definitely vote for someone else,’ 39% said they would ‘definitely vote to re-elect Donald Trump.’ But the president got 10% who said they would ‘probably vote to re-elect Donald Trump,’ and only 6% said they would ‘probably vote for someone else.’ … If you count the leaners on both sides, that would be a virtual tie between Trump and an unnamed opponent.”
A new Monmouth poll finds just 38% of registered voters think that President Trump should be re-elected in 2020. A majority of 57% say it is time for someone new in the Oval Office. The party breakdown: 79% of Republicans back a second term for the president while 94% of Democrats say it is time for someone new. Meanwhile, 55% of independent voters want a change while 39% support the incumbent. Interestingly, 43% of Republican voters and independents who lean Republican would like to see Trump face a primary challenge.
