Most Disapprove of Clinton’s Handling of Emails

Of Americans say they disapprove of the way Hillary Clinton has handled questions about her use of a private e-mail account while serving as secretary of state, according to a new Washington Post-ABC News poll. An almost identical percentage — 54% — say that she has tried to cover up facts. Asked whether Clinton stayed within government guidelines or broke the rules by using a private server, 51% say she broke the rules, while 32% say she did not, with the remainder offering no opinion.

Majority of Americans Believe Government is Dysfunctional

A brand new Washington Post-ABC News poll finds that 72 percent of Americans believe that politicians cannot be trusted and two-thirds think the country’s political system is dysfunctional. A not insignificant share of folks openly embrace radicalism: 21 percent of those polled would rather the next president ‘tear down’ the political system and ‘start over’ than try to ‘fix’ it.

Carson Apologizes for Provoking Trump’s Insults

Ex Romney Aides Unite to Stop Trump

We are united. It’s a common goal and not just for Romney people, but for anyone invested in Republicanism, conservatism, and anyone who gives a flying [expletive] about what we’re trying to do here. Even if you’re not getting paid, this isn’t good for anybody.

Climate Change Is a Key Issue for Millennials

Of millennials favor setting a goal to power America with at least 50% clean energy by the year 2030 (including 52% who are very favorable). The same poll, conducted by Hart Research Associates, found that “It is clear from our research not only that Millennials accept the science of climate change, but that a candidate who does not is at a disadvantage. We heard throughout our conversations with swing-state Millennials that climate denial is associated with stubborn or backward-looking thinking. And in our survey, 70% of Millennials say they would have major concerns (45% very major concerns) about a Republican candidate who disagrees with NASA, the US Military, and 97% of climate scientists that human activity is responsible for climate change, including 69% of independents and half (50%) of self-identified Republicans.”
