Trump’s war on information has become a problem for our nation.
He fires the data makers, replacing their product with confabulation.
But Wall Street runs on government data sets,
And without it, they’re just blindly placing bets,
So now we all must (like Trump) rely on guesses, gut-checks and divination.
We know Donald Trump plays fast and loose with the facts,
But it seems he’s added “fantastical figures” to his lying act.
He’s going to lower drug prices by 1,500 percent,
Which means we’ll get paid to take free medicaments.
Trump’s concept of pricing and percentages is — to be kind — “inexact.”
Founded on a web of paranoid hostilities and mental deficiencies.
It thrives on delusional finger-pointing
Crowned by sanctimonious self-anointing,
Culminating in a “harmonic convergence of competing conspiracies.“
But Trump pushed his button with his “treason” accusation.
Trump went low to divert from Epstein,
Obama went lower, and got really mean:
“These bizarre allegations are ridiculous and a weak attempt at distraction.”
Forsooth, when you consider the deals I’ve made, logic it defies.
Look at what I did for India and Pakistan,
And all I accomplished by bombing Iran.
Alas, cruel world, am I to never get my Nobel Peace Prize?
But his “America Party” and “Democrat Party” are both grammatically lame:
See, “America” is a proper noun, but not an adjective,
Whereas “American” can be either one — it’s relative.
As with “Democrat Party,” Musk is about to find out what’s in a name.
It’s a really bad deal if you’re poor, hungry or ill,
It’s great for billionaires lapping up tax break swill.
The effects on our nation
Will be felt for generations,
Now that Trump and the Republicans passed their Big Beautiful Bill.
I wake up every morning wanting to be the best that I can be,
But circumstances always seem to conspire against me.
I really want to be good,
But Trump runs the ‘hood,
So every night I look in the mirror and say, “I’m so sorry.”

But hey, you’re the president,
And it pays to have a sycophant
Like Li’l Marco, who will badly fake a trip to cover for you.
From Trump’s “stolen election” lies, we can’t get no relief,
He carps on about stolen votes, but he never names the thief.
Somebody needs to tell this guy
Americans aren’t buying his lies,
And that he’s turned us into the United States of Disbelief.
