Call Me, Maybe?

It cratered bonds and treasuries, and that’s not all.
But while 70 countries have asked to negotiate,
All the “Art of the Deal” guy can do is wait,
Because China’s Supreme Leader Xi Jinping has yet to call.
Your Urinal Is Abysmal
1 million liters
A 2019 study estimated that in the US alone, the country’s roughly 56 million urinals splatter public bathroom floors with as much as 1 million liters of urine every single day. Urine is mostly sterile, but the liquid quickly becomes a breeding ground for bacteria. Meanwhile, its ammonia-laden odor frequently seeps into the ambient air. The results are urinals and floors with significantly higher bacteria concentrations compared to toilets requiring additional cleanup efforts.
Fart of a Deal

Something’s not right about this tariff postponement, methinks.
And it seems that Trump’s up to market manipulation hijinks.
Tuesday’s “rumor” was the “tell,”
That come Wednesday — short sell.
There’s something about this fart of a deal that just stinks.
The Problem with Trump’s Tariffs
“The problem with these tariffs is that their scale and indiscriminate nature will have the effect of destroying demand and destroying the capability to develop alternative supply. I suppose if the only goal is to hurt China then shooting yourself in the foot, such that you no longer need to buy shoes for stumps, is a strategy you could choose, but that does nothing to help with what should be the primary motivation: shoring up the U.S. national security base.”

Trump’s Tariff Arithmatricks
In markets Trump’s terrible tariffs are striking terror.
Truth be told, they coulda been, shoulda been fairer.
Before embarking on this path,
Somebody should have checked the math,
Because the tariff calculations were based on a massive error.
