$9.2 million
Atlanta Journal Constitution: “Stacey Abrams (D) amassed $9.2 million, outdoing both Gov. Brian Kemp and his Republican rival, former Sen. David Perdue. She collected nearly $2 million more in that span than Kemp did over a six-month period. Perdue tallied only about $1 million since December.”
“Stacey Abrams conned the Republican leadership in Georgia into a consent decree that basically adulterated the signature verification system, so that you’re comparing the ballot signatures to the application signature. They’re the same person who did the fraud.”
He added: “You should be comparing the ballot signature, the envelope signature on the ballot, to a signature that existed before the application was made. She changed that.
— Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said that President-elect Joe Biden won the state of Georgia because, somehow, Democrat Stacey Abrams tricked Republicans into abetting voter fraud by helping more people legally vote, the HuffPost reports.
“I’m nothing special. I’m just — I’m kind of relentless.”
— Stacey Abrams, in an interview with Rolling Stone, on what she did to turn out the vote and turn Georgia blue for the first time in 30 years.
“If Stacey Abrams doesn’t win in Georgia, they stole it. It’s clear.”

53,000
“The Georgia NAACP is preparing to sue Secretary of State Brian Kemp, the Republican nominee for governor, in response to a report that Kemp’s office has put on hold tens of thousands of voter registration applications, most of them from African-Americans, ahead of the election,” Politico reports. “The injunction would seek to reopen voter registration in Georgia to ensure that 53,000 registrants on hold in Kemp’s office… would be allowed to register for the upcoming election.”
“Describe someone as ‘commanding the room’ and you generally conjure an image of gravitas — a man, likely white, in a suit, emitting soaring oratory. Abrams is a big-boned, natural-haired, youthful-looking woman with a quizzical smile and a gap between her front teeth. She’s as likely to geek out about tax policy or Star Trek as she is to summon the spirit of justice. … Yet when she speaks, all kinds of people — from black folks in rural communities to yuppie ‘resistance’ moms around Atlanta to this crowd of rough-handed electrical workers — go quiet and listen. In a Democratic Party divided and desperate for fresh faces, Abrams is already becoming a national star.”
