Amount the foundation set up to raise money for President Barack Obama’s presidential library in Chicago collected in donations and pledges during its first year in operation, reports Politico. “Obama’s foundation has not announced a specific fundraising goal, but it is expected to seek to raise in excess of $500 million to build the library.”
