Quinnipiac Finds Donald’s Approval at 36%, Sees Signs of Erosion of Support Among His Base Voters

Reality may be started to permeate the Fox bubble. The new Quinnipiac Poll has Donald’s approval at 36 percent, which is in the range where former Pres. George W. Bush’s approval rating sank and then stalled for the last three years of his second term — making him the most unpopular president in the history of presidential polling.

Donald Trump appears to be giving Bush a run for his money.

The signal that reality is setting in — that Trump voters may finally be starting to realize that they’ve been had — is in the internals. In particular, Donald has seen a ten-point drop in support among white voters with no college degrees, from 57 percent in April to 47 percent now.

Donald Trump’s approval rating according to the IDB/TIPP poll from Investor’s Business Daily, a right-wing news outlet. IBD notes that Donald’s approval rating is “a low not seen since the last months of the Bush presidency” — a reference to GOP former Pres. George W. Bush, the most unpopular president in presidential-polling history.

A new poll shows Americans oppose repealing Obamacare by only three to one. This should come as welcome news to Republicans poised to back the Trumpcare bill. The vote, at press time, was set for just before the north and south poles flip and our robot overlords take power, according to the official Congressional schedule.

Unfortunately, there actually is welcome news for Republicans in the survey, which was conducted by Quinnipiac University. About half of those responding essentially said a yes vote would have no political impact for elected officials, since it either makes those polled more likely to support that person for re-election (19 percent) or would have no effect on their vote (29 percent).

Said pollster Krista Jenkins: “The post-presidential debate landscape is clearly favoring Clinton.
