A new Politico/Morning Consult poll finds 60% of Americans say the Trump administration is running somewhat or very chaotically, compared to only 33% who say it is running well. The survey was conducted entirely prior to the ouster of Anthony Scaramucci as White House communications director, and was already in the field when Reince Priebus left the chief of staff position.

“The blink-and-you-missed-him former White House communications director is listed as deceased in the new Harvard Law School alumni directory, which arrived in alums’ mailboxes the very week that “The Mooch” became the most talked-about guy in politics. An asterisk by the 1989 graduate’s name indicates that he was reported dead since the last directory, which was published in 2011.”

Even Rasmussen Has Trump Polling at 61 Percent Disapproval

The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 39% of Likely U.S. Voters approve of President Trump’s job performance. Sixty-one percent (61%) disapprove. The latest figures for Trump include 25% who Strongly Approve of the way Trump is performing and 49% who Strongly Disapprove. This gives him a Presidential Approval Index rating of -24.

Single-Payer Healthcare Gaining Popularity

NBC News: “Support for single-payer has jumped 19 percentage points among Democrats since 2014 — and nine points since January alone — to 52%, according to a Pew survey in June. With 85% of Democrats and Democratic-leaning independents now saying the federal government has a responsibility to make sure every American has health care, two-thirds of liberals favor single-payer as the means.”
