Trump’s renaming of Lake Ontario has created a litmus test —
Yield, and rename it Lake America, at Donald Trump’s behest,
Like Google and Apple, which already capitulated,
Changing the name just like Dear Leader stipulated,
But there’s one defiant holdout — the original mapping site, Mapquest.
The Full Ginsberg didn’t parody CRAYOLA. They hijacked their trademark in order to make a libelous and slanderous political statement against a third party using their name.
CRAYOLA has the right to not have their name used in that manner.
Consumers have the right to know how CRAYOLA feels about the video and if they endorsed the sentiments. Obviously they didn’t.
Why was CRAYOLA necessary for the Full Ginsberg’s video? It could have easily been done without CRAYOLA’s trademark. Just say it’s Crapola Crayons. NO. The intent by The Full Ginsberg was to add weight to their political message using an unwilling participant.
