So, Congress won’t pay for his wall on the border,
And his administration remains chaotic, disordered.
But there’s one thing he can do,
And by week’s end he’ll sign 32,
Is stick it to Congress with executive orders.

Though Congress’ heels seem to be firmly dug in.
But if the Hill denies it,
Trump just might not sign it,
Because to his way of thinking, a shutdown’s a win!
