Of Americans worry about their weight “all” or “some of the time,” significantly higher than the 34% who reported this level of worry in 1990, according to Gallup. Naturally, Americans who consider themselves to be overweight are much more likely to worry about their weight than are those who say their weight is “about right,” 67% vs. 32%, respectively.
