A private poll Bloomberg conducted in late February showed Trump rapidly losing support from mainstream Republicans after being mocked by Rubio as a con man, retweeting a Mussolini quote, and refusing to immediately disavow the KKK…. He’s followed by Marco Rubio at 21%, Ted Cruz at 18%, Ben Carson at 8% and John Kasich at 7%. In head-to-head match ups, Trump would beat Rubio, 52% to 46%, and top Cruz, 55% to 42%. In the Democratic race, Hillary Clinton leads Bernie Sanders, 51% to 41%.
