Number of pythons killed by Sen. Bill Nelson (D-FL) and Florida Wildlife Commissioner Ron Bergeron when they joined the Python Challenge Thursday in the Florida Everglades. The hunt was staged by the state to try to eradicate the invasive species from Florida wilds. Just 11 of the giant snakes were killed during the first three days of the monthlong hunt.
