And they agree that if lies were a crime, he’d be impeached.
Despite all the dividend promises he’s made,
The fact is, not one has ever been paid,

Well, we can no longer say that Bush has failed at everything he’s ever done. He kept his promise on this one. Whatever political capital he had, or thought he had, is a distant memory.
