Poetic Justice

In the diplomatic ranks, trained professionals toil,
To keep the peace and tamp down foreign turmoil.
But for Greek ambassador,
Trump picked an artful dodger —
The grifting, drunken blackmailer Kimberly Guilfoyle.

$1.4 billion
“Prediction markets about the 2026 midterm elections have surpassed $1.4 billion in trading volume as Election Day fast approaches,” CNN reports. “This year has seen massive growth in the prediction industry, where people can bet on real-world events like sports, entertainment and the weather. While small-scale election markets have been around for a while, they gained traction before the 2024 presidential election and have seen huge numbers for the 2026 midterms.”

G. Elliot Morris: “Low-knowledge 2024 voters say they backed Trump by 8 points, according to our poll. Today they give him a net job approval of ?27, a 35-point shift. Compare that to Trump’s approval rating among voters who got both questions right: These voters backed Harris by 1 point and now give Trump a net ?24 approval, a 23-point shift. … Low-information voters have moved against Trump at a higher rate than high-information voters, by 12 points.”

The more realistic the possibility of impeachment articles coming in 2007 if Dems regain some control in Congress, the louder the apologists become. Rush Limblob was apoplectic yesterday about the “impeachment nonsense,” smearing John Dean in the process. What a bizarre nation we are where we impeach Clinton for lying about blowjobs and yet let Lord Mush take the nation to war on false information and then basically abrogate the Constitution, and it`s considered patriotic, so “just shut up!” We deserve what comes our way I`m afraid.
No, Tippersnore, “WE” do NOT deserve whatever comes our way!
Most of us have been doing everything we “legally” can to fight these fascist bastards, and will continue to do so. I, for one, will accept NO GUILT for the crimes committed by this administration and/or their lackeys, and neither should anyone else who has had no part in the rape of our nation and the world.
WE MUST, HOWEVER, DO EVERYTHING WE CAN TO BRING THE GUILTY BASTARDS BEFORE THE BAR OF JUSTICE AND SEE THAT THEY PAY THE APPROPRIATE PRICE FOR THEIR FORESWORN TREASONS!
Hey Bush, if you are listening, maybe you can hear this? #&%* off!
No, Bush should NOT be impeached first. First should be Cheney, then Gonzalez, then Rumsfield, then Rice, then, finally, Bush. Bush is just a weak and ignorant (and arrogant) man; Cheney, now, is downright diabolical. The rest are just suck-ups.
Do you folks really want to see a President Dick Insaney?
