American politicians tend to be more unpopular than usual these days, but it’s hard to overstate how bad Trump’s numbers are with all Americans. In fact, Trump’s highly negative ratings appear to have no equal among major party nominees in presidential campaigns over the past 32 years.”

Most Americans Have a Favorable Opinion of David Bowie

Of American adults have a favorable opinion of musician and actor David Bowie who passed away Sunday night after an 18-month battle with cancer, according to a new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey. This includes 25% with a very favorable view. Just 15% have a somewhat or very unfavorable view of Bowie. Twenty-one percent didn’t know enough about him to venture any kind of opinion.

Most Americans are Dissatisfied with Government

Of American voters are “dissatisfied” with the way things are going in the nation today, including 41% who are “very dissatisfied,” according to a new Quinnipiac poll.“Voters disapprove 81% to 12% of the way Republicans in Congress are doing their job and give the Republican Party a negative 31% to 58% favorability. Disapproval of Democrats in Congress is 66% to 27% and the Democratic Party gets a negative 40% to 50% favorability.”

Majority of Republicans View Trump Favorably

Republicans now have a favorable view of Trump, compared to 40% who have an unfavorable one, a new Washington Post-ABC News poll finds. “That marks a complete reversal from a late-May Post-ABC poll, in which 65% of Republicans saw Trump unfavorably. Donald Trump’s popularity has surged among Republicans after dominating several news cycles with his anti-illegal immigration rhetoric.”
