MSNBC and CNN are calling the race in Florida for Mark Foley’s House seat. Democrat Tim Mahoney has beaten Joe Negron.

In Pennsylvania, Rep. Don Sherwood, who admitted adultery but denied beating his mistress, has lost to his Democratic opponent, retired Admiral Joseph Sestak.
