There’s an interesting debate going on in the comments section of a story posted by Popular Pensito Review Editor Buck yesterday. The original story was about Bush’s poll numbers, now reportedly lower than his grades at Yale (thank you late night TV).
The discussion at hand is what constitutes “extreme” views in today’s America. Are people like us, who have opposed pretty much everything Bush has done, right down the line, from Day One extreme, or are eternal optimists, who hold out hope that noncompetitive Halliburton contracts, jailing people without charges, and occupying a Middle Eastern country will just all work out extreme? What do you think, and where do you fall in this continuum? We’d like to hear.
