Gov. Romney seems to have a tendency to shoot first and aim later.
–Pres. Obama, commenting on Mitt’s haste to condemn his rival for anything Romney could think of in the attack on the Libyan consulate. Even Republicans were shaking their heads over the way Romney rushed to spout off.
