Of Americans think President Obama and congressional Democrats were more responsible for last week’s budget agreement to prevent a government shutdown, while just 35% credit congressonal Republicans, according to a new CNN/Opinion Research poll. In addition, 54% approve of how Obama handled the budget negotiations while 45% disapproves.
