Michael Moore’s Five Suggestions to Save the Democrats

I know, Michael Moore is terminally obnoxious (full disclosure: I was professionally punked by Moore in 1996), but he does have an interesting take on things sometimes. This time, it’s five ways to save the Democratic Party in the next 30 days before the election. You can read the full piece here.

1. Immediate Wall-to-Wall TV Ads, Internet Videos, and Appearances Hammering Who the Hell Put Us in the Misery We’re In.
2. Indict the Criminals.
3. Announce a Moratorium on All Family Home Foreclosures.
4. Announce a New 21st Century WPA.
5. Declare That No Democrat Will Accept ANY Wall Street Money in the Next Election Cycle.

Hey, it could work. What do you think? Tell us your take on Moore’s approach in a comment.

  1. i think we should do it ..except for indicting the criminals..Glenn Beck would love to start reporting that the Obama regime has taken political prisoners..let the legal system handle law-breakers after the election..

  2. Seems kind of half-baked, like all Michael Moore’s thoughts. He relies much more on emotion than facts. For example, how do Democrats declare a moratorium on foreclosures? Democrats aren’t foreclosing on homes, banks are. Does he propose that Democrats seize control of America’s banks? Connect the dots, Michael, then get back to us.
