Pundits say that Trump’s $5,000 midterm bribe was an overreach,
And they agree that if lies were a crime, he’d be impeached.
Despite all the dividend promises he’s made,
The fact is, not one has ever been paid,
So even before the midterms, he already owes us $8,000* each.

Powerful? Powerfully bad at her job, perhaps, to misuse an adverb.
My brother is a college professor and knew Rice when she was at Stanford. He says that she was a talentless hack there and none of her peers respected her – kinda like the way she is now in the world diplomatic community. Rice has always parlayed her three minority positions – woman, black and conservative – into jobs that were way over her head.
She should have stuck with classical piano.
