So much for his campaign rhetoric about giving U.S. jobs to Americans. The Donald requested permission from the U.S. Labor Department to hire 64 foreign workers in the United States on H-2B visas. Some positions will be paid less than last year, while others will see a 1 percent raise, reports the Palm Beach Post.

Number of Cuban migrants who landed in the Florida Keys Tuesday, AP reports. They were the first Cuban migrants to land in the U.S. since Fidel Castro’s death. Following Donald Trump’s election and Castro’s death, there has been a surge in Cubans trying to reach the U.S., fearing a change in the “wet foot/dry foot” policy. Last week the U.S. Coast Guard intercepted 38 illegal migrants and returned them to Cuba.
