With Cruz Nomination GOP Cedes Any Appeal to Moderation
Cruz would be the most extreme right-wing nominee in modern American history. He is deeply out of sync with a large majority of voters on social issues. His role in shutting down the government is anathema to most Americans. If Republicans nominate Cruz, they concede any claim to the center whatsoever.

Gingrich: Trump Makes Cruz Look Normal
The challenge is entirely on Trump. He is not gonna get any help out of the establishment. They have reluctantly concluded that if, you know — Trump in a funny way has normalized Ted Cruz because without Trump, the establishment would be totally opposed to Cruz.

Donald Trump’s lead in the GOP presidential race in New York, followed by John Kasich at 25% and Ted Cruz at 17%, according to a new Monmouth University Poll. Said pollster Patrick Murray: “If this result holds in every single congressional district, Trump will walk away with nearly all of New York State’s delegates.”
U.S. Brewery Proposes Line of Anti-Trump Brews
A U.S. brewery has launched a line of anti-Donald Trump beers under the tagline, “Friends Don’t Let Friends Vote Drumpf.”
The Dock Street Brewery in Philadelphia announced the line of beers via its website, using the name “Drumpf” as a reference to political comedian John Oliver’s popular “Make Donald Drumpf Again” meme. Trump’s family anglicized their German surname’s spelling after immigrating to the United States.
The first beer in the series, whose debut is still shrouded in mystery, is to be called Short-Fingered Stout.
