And they agree that if lies were a crime, he’d be impeached.
Despite all the dividend promises he’s made,
The fact is, not one has ever been paid,

There is something not right about this. I think it was stage managed. Even diplomats who publicly hate each other smile and shake hands at an event like this. The deserter is supposed to be one of those “hail fellow, well met” type of people. He isn’t even attempting to shake a hand. I wonder what they are up to now??
Just looking at the visuals, you’d think they all know he’s facing war crimes charges or something. They wouldn’t have wanted to be photographed shaking hands with Milosevic either.
