GOP Wisconsin Judge Accused of Choking Fellow Judge Grabs Reporter’s Camera

Via The Bradblog:

Good lord. What next? Does WI Supreme Court Justice David Prosser need to strangle a baby on camera before members of all political parties in the state fully realize how absolutely inappropriate this man is for holding a seat on their highest court?

Following on the recently reported allegations that he placed a fellow justice into a chokehold during a contentious debate about the legality of the controversial anti-union legislation of Prosser’s former colleague, Gov. Scott Walker, a local news team — this time on camera — caught another glimpse at Prosser’s long-reported anger management problems.

A reporter from a local Fox affiliate attempted to get answers from Supreme Court justices about the choking issue, as six of the seven were said to have been present at the mid-June incident. He was able to confront four of them with questions, but only one, Prosser, snatched the mic out of his hand in anger, before quickly handing it back.

Prosser, you may recall, was reelected after a contentious recount earlier this year after thousands of votes in his favor mysteriously turned up days after the election. Check out The Brad Blog’s extensive coverage of the recount here.

  1. Everyone knows that she attacked him. He simply put his hands up in self-defense. There were witnesses and this happened over a month ago. She waited 4 weeks to file a complaint. More democrat games. She will be found guilty just likw Weiners.

  2. She is a liberal democrat that has gone postal over the changes to collective bargaining. He does not need to answer any questions from a reporter, nor should he. There is an investigation going on and it will take a couple weeks to come to a conclusion. She will be found guilty or making a false police report. That will be the end of it.

  3. She is going to be found guilty of filing a false police report and probably be thrown out of office just like Weiner.

  4. There is no requirement that anyone answer a reporter’s questions and it means absolutely nothing. People in the news media love to harrass people.

    1. That’s not true, John. Republicans politicians like Prosser are required to answer questions from the Republican propaganda channel. Prosser will pay for his disobedience to Murdoch and Ailes. Fox is undoubtedly already bugging his phones and email. He’d better watch his back.

    1. Fox News is not the liberal media, John. And that was a Fox reporter, an employee of the right-wing propaganda network, who was hounding Prosser. Fox requires Republicans like Prosser to answer its questions. It’s in the Bible. Deuteronomy 4:20.

  5. John, you said, “She is going to be found guilty of filing a false police report and probably be thrown out of office just like Weiner.” What part is just like Weiner? Filing a false police report? Being thrown out of office? Weiner sent graphic pictures of himself to women he didn’t know online and then, of his own choosing, resigned his office over it. What exactly are the parallels?
