It was John Roberts’ SCOTUS that gave Donald Trump executive immunity,
So he can break the economy and kidnap, starve and murder folks with impunity.
But for every human being he kills
For vengeance, greed or thrills,
Roberts and his conservative co-conspirators are guilty of complicity.
Donald Trump has never believed in equal opportunity.
He does believe he should be able to crime with impunity.
So, if he decided to assassinate
Joe Biden or some other potentate,
A President Trump says he could do it with absolute immunity.
He thought he could trample our laws with impunity,
While sowing fascism, chaos, discord and disunity.
But Donald Trump has just found,
That by jurisprudence he’s bound.
He might have chutzpah, but he ain’t got executive immunity.
In negotiating with Iran, Trump can’t just pull a deal off the shelf,
Not after starting the war and then asking NATO allies for help.
