“Underscoring Americans’ recent concern about the economy, the percentage describing national economic conditions as ‘poor’ increased five percentage points to 42% in February, and the percentage saying conditions are getting worse ticked up three points to 70%. Both figures are tied for the highest they have been since the first months of the pandemic.”

A new Gallup survey finds just 41% of Republicans say they are satisfied with the way things are going in the U.S., down 17 percentage points since last month. Overall U.S. satisfaction dropped to 24%, down seven percentage points.

Majorities of voters among both Democrats and Republicans express dissatisfaction and anger; 90% of Republicans are dissatisfied with the way the U.S. is being governed, 82% express anger with the way things are going in the U.S.
Among Donald Trump backers, 97% are dissatisfied with government, 91% are at least somewhat angry.

Of American voters are “dissatisfied” with the way things are going in the nation today, including 41% who are “very dissatisfied,” according to a new Quinnipiac poll.“Voters disapprove 81% to 12% of the way Republicans in Congress are doing their job and give the Republican Party a negative 31% to 58% favorability. Disapproval of Democrats in Congress is 66% to 27% and the Democratic Party gets a negative 40% to 50% favorability.”
