Trump’s Approval Hits 36%
36%
A new Gallup poll finds President Trump’s job approval rating has fallen five percentage points to 36%, the lowest of his second term, while disapproval has risen to 60%. His prior second-term low point in approval was a statistically similar 37% in July, and his all-time low was 34% in 2021, at the end of his first term after the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol.
‘Name the GOP After Me!’ Don Jr. suggested 'Trumplicans' ...

There’s nothing Donald Trump won’t slap with the “Trump brand,”
And now he’s turned his rebranding attention to “Trump Republican.”
He has in mind an unpronounceable dose of
The “voiceless labial-alveolar plosive,”
Which is what you must execute in order to actually say “TPUBLICAN.”
Consumer Confidence Drops Precipitously
-7 points
Consumer confidence dropped by nearly 7 points in November, as Americans sour on the economy with the holiday season fast approaching, reports The Hill. The Consumer Confidence Index, calculated monthly by the Conference Board, fell from 95.5 in October to 88.7 this month. This marks the lowest consumer confidence rating since April, when it was 86. In November 2024, consumer confidence hit 111.7, its highest rating since July 2023.
Our Fascist Idiocracy: Nike Founder Donates $3 Mil to Oregon MAGA WTF? Nike goes MAGA?

Willamette Week:Phil Knight has broken his own record for political spending. The 87-year-old Nike co-founder wrote a $3 million check to the Bring Balance to Salem PAC on Oct. 22, according to a new filing with the Oregon secretary of state.
Bring Balance was formed in 2021. The PAC spent nearly $5 million in 2022 and just over $5 million in 2024, all in support of Republican legislative candidates.
Oregon Live: It is the single largest donation Knight has made to an Oregon candidate or political action committee, according to campaign finance records.
KGW8:Knight’s wealth was estimated to be $35.7 billion by Forbes magazine’s list of richest Americans this year, where he was ranked 26th among 400 billionaires.
GOP Focused on 20 Million Obamacare Users, not 165 Million Insurance Buyers

“Rising Obamacare premiums are a political problem for Republicans. Rising premiums for workers who get health insurance from their employers could be an even bigger one,” Politico reports.
“Republicans in Congress are focused on finding a way to counteract an expected 26 percent rise in premiums for people who buy insurance through the Affordable Care Act, without extending government subsidies that make insurance more affordable.”
“What the GOP isn’t talking about: Nearly seven times as many Americans get health insurance through an employer as those who buy it individually. Those 165 million people are expected to see their premiums spike by up to 7 percent.”
Our Fascist Idiocracy: Trump Surrenders Ukraine to Putin He TACOs as usual, becomes Putin's roadkill.

The Telepgraph:The United States is poised to recognise Russia’s control over Crimea and other occupied Ukrainian territories to secure a deal to end the war.
The Telegraph understands that Donald Trump has sent his peace envoy Steve Witkoff and son-in-law Jared Kushner to make the direct offer to Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
The plan to recognise territory, which breaks US diplomatic convention, is likely to go ahead despite concerns among Ukraine’s European allies.
One well-placed source said: “It’s increasingly clear the Americans don’t care about the European position. They say the Europeans can do whatever they want.”
CNN: Russia is occupying some 20% of the territory recognized under international law as part of sovereign Ukraine, including almost all of the Luhansk region, and parts of the Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.
Moscow is demanding Ukraine surrender the entirety of these four regions, which it has annexed but not fully conquered.
Russia has made some gains along the eastern Ukrainian frontline in recent weeks, most significantly around the city of Pokrovsk.
Rose Patio Turkey Pardon

Americans will eat 46 million turkeys this Thanksgiving Day,
But for two special birds it will be just another farm day.
Trump gave Gobble and Waddle a pardon
At a ceremony on the Patio Garden.
It’s odd the prodigious pardoner would pardon turkeys, ’cause turkeys don’t pay.
Our Fascist Idiocracy: MAGA Big Mad at Trump-Mamdani Lovefest When asked if he still thought Trump was a fascist, Mamdani said, 'Yes'

Daily Beast: The president was so opposed to Mamdani previously that he endorsed his opponent, the lifelong Democrat Andrew Cuomo, in a last-ditch effort to keep him out of office. However, on Friday, Trump appeared over-the-top friendly with the millennial politician and even said it was OK for him to call him a “fascist” and “despot.” Trump also refused to refer to Mamdani as a communist, as his press secretary has done. “He’s got views out there, but who knows? I mean, we’re going to see what works or he’s going to change also,” Trump said. “We all change. I’ve changed a lot.”
New Republic: “Not condemning Trump,” Loomer disclaimed, before launching into her tirade. “However, I think we can all agree its a bad look to let a foreign born jihadist who said he wants to implement ANTI WHITE policies like taxing white people more money to stand behind the desk in the Oval Office.”
It seems like Trump himself would disagree with Loomer’s characterization: In the meeting, when asked if he “thought he was standing next to a jihadist,” Trump said, “No, I don’t.” When a reporter asked whether Mamdani still believed the president was a fascist, Trump said,“You can just say yes. It’s easier than explaining it. I don’t mind,” while patting the mayor-elect on the arm.
Loomer, who has repeatedly accused Mamdani of supporting terrorism, must have been watching this with smoke pouring out of her ears. “What are we doing?” Loomer asked multiple times in her post. “I’m stunned.”
Our Fascist Idiocracy: Now the Trump Regime Has Pissed off the Nurses Nursing is no longer considered a “professional” degree under the Trump administration

People Magazine: As part of the U.S. Department of Education’s new federal student loan-related changes under President Donald Trump’s “One Big Beautiful Bill Act,” nursing has been excluded from the group of programs that are considered “professional” degrees, and a loan program for graduate students has been marked for elimination.
Nurse.org: Leading nursing organizations also say the move could lower the application and graduation rates of RNs, as all graduate nursing programs first require graduation from an RN program. While some RNs may go into school with the intent of furthering their education, not all do, and many may choose to work at the bedside in the interim or to gain experience. Without the ability to feel like they have a future in nursing, some prospective students may opt to choose a different career altogether.
