A new Gallup poll finds 59% of Americans say their own representative in Congress deserves to be reelected, and 35% say the same for most members of Congress. Both figures are the highest seen since 2012 and are on the high end of what Gallup has recorded over the past decade.
Whether or not they’re voting for him, a new CBS News poll finds 65% of registered voters nationwide think President Trump will definitely or probably be reelected, including more than a third of Democrats who think so. Republicans are especially optimistic: more than nine in 10 expect him to win.
